Meet Caroline Zeto - our Youth Circus Program Director at Inversions Circus Arts & Performance Center. Caroline began her career in movement at the age of 16 where she discovered a passion for teaching and coaching gymnastics after participating competitively herself for many years. With over seven years of experience, Caroline loves to blend her years of Gymnastics with her circus training and instruction. Gymnastics can be really tough on a young developing body and Caroline was no exception… enter the restorative balance of yoga and pilates! As an avid practitioner of both for over a decade now, Caroline has completed her 200 hour Yoga Teaching Certification in 2020 and her 600 hour Fully Comprehensive Pilates Certification under a Classical 2nd Generation Instructor in the beginning of 2022. She has trained several different styles of yoga, but gravitates most towards Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga. Throughout her movement journey, Caroline had dabbled in Aerial Arts as early as 16 years of age, but really dove into circus in 2019 when she began weekly training and instruction at Inversions. “Circus and kids just go together… kids are always put into rigid structured environments on a daily basis, which makes it even more important to make time for them to cut loose, hang upside down, and walk on their hands every now and then!” What Caroline loves most about coaching and instructing children is the teaching they offer back to her, the excitement in their eyes, and helping them achieve their goals. “Nothing beats ‘Look Coach Caroline, I did it!!!’” Caroline is also currently working on a Rehab Program to assist kids and teens maintain life-long muscle and joint longevity.
